Driving to Studio 260 from Livingston
Take South Livingston Avenue, County Route 527, south to John F. Kennedy Parkway. Follow it to South Orange Avenue, then pick up White Oak Ridge Road and Old Short Hills Road, which drops you onto Main Street in Millburn. Main Street runs into Essex Street and then Millburn Avenue. It is roughly 6.4 miles and usually 15 to 20 minutes.

Getting here without a car
Livingston has no NJ Transit rail station of its own, so this is a drive regardless of preference. The JFK Parkway route avoids most of the Route 10 congestion, which is the main thing worth knowing.
Where we sit relative to Livingston
Coming from around Livingston Town Center or the Livingston Mall end of town, the JFK Parkway route is consistently the faster of the two obvious options. If you are on the Riker Hill side you will pick up Old Short Hills Road sooner and shave a few minutes off. We are in Millburn's downtown, not on a highway strip, so the last stretch is ordinary town driving.
