Every correction starts with a complimentary consultation so we can assess your hair's history, condition, and the realistic path to where you want to go. We won't promise a result we can't deliver safely — but when it's achievable, our team is the one to do it.

What to Expect

1. Free consultation — Required before any correction. We review your hair history, current state, and map a multi-session plan if needed.
2. Test strands — For high-lift or platinum, we may pull a test strand to confirm how your hair will respond.
3. Bond + treatment protocol — Olaplex, Innersense Repair Mask, and Hair Renew Pre-Wash Treatment are built into every correction.

How is a correction priced?

Corrections are billed hourly ($125–$200/hr) because no two corrections are the same. The consult is free.

Can I go platinum in one visit?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no — it depends on your starting hair, prior color, and your hair's integrity. We'll be honest in the consultation.

How long does a platinum retouch take?

Typically 2.5–3.5 hours for the retouch plus toning.

What if my hair is too damaged to lift?

We may recommend a rebuilding plan first — 4–6 weeks of treatments and conditioning before lifting. Patience pays off.
